Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Gift wrapping is available for £3.50 per item. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped with premium paper, ribbon, and a gift tag for your personal message. Simply add the Gift Wrapping Service to your cart for each item you'd like wrapped, and include your gift message in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the UK only
How long does delivery take? Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 working days.
What are your shipping costs?
- Standard Shipping: £3.95
- FREE Shipping: On all orders over £40
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Courier: Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (tracked service)
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us at helen@ktlgifts.com to arrange a return.
