REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from KTL Gifts. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

You can request a return by logging into your account and submitting a return request, or by contacting us at admin@ktlgifts.com

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@ktlgifts.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
